A face to face consultation is required prior to treatment to establish the correct areas to be treated for the best possible results.

A full health questionnaire will need to be completed at your consultation, along with photographs.

Please note that for the stomach area, a bmi of no more than 30 is required.

Ideal candidates are those of you who have troublesome fat pockets and or loose skin.  This may be age related or down to weight loss. Whatever your reasons, I am here to help.

Please note that if you suffer or have the following, you may not be suitable for this treatment.

Pregnant or lactating

Type 1 diabetic 

Allergic to lidocaine 

Have undergone surgery in the treated area (this needs to be established and discussed as this will very much depend on existing scar tissue)

Keloid Scaring

Pacemaker

Blood thinning Medication

Chemotherapy 

Active Infections

Autoimmune 

Heart Conditions

High Blood pressure 

Avoid alcohol, Asprin, Energy Drinks, Coffee.

Please make sure you eat before you come to your appointment. 

Please make sure you drink plenty of water.  Put a cold compress on the treated area, for 10 minutes, every couple of hours, this will help reduce any swelling that may occur.  

If you have been provided with a compression garment, you must wear this for 3-5 days to assist with the healing process and for the best results.

No heat treatments ie, steam room, sauna, sunbed or heat related beauty treatments, for 2 weeks post treatment.

Do not fly within 2 weeks of your treatment

No gym for a minimum 3 days post treatment.

You can gently massage the area doing lymphatic drainage, 1 week post treatment.

For the body areas,  it is common for the area to go lumpy, this is perfectly normal.  The body will metabolise these lumps and they will diminish over time.

You may experience some loss of sensation to the area that has been treated, this is common and will repair and the sensation should come back, this can be up to 3 months.

You will start to notice your results after 2 months, from your treatment date, and the process takes up to 8 months to see your full results.
